About Stef

Stef Z is the quintessential entrepreneur and thrives by seeking out novel challenges and solutions. She’s worked at the top of many industries including fashion, action sports, TV and radio, entertainment, and design. She brings leadership, communication, creativity, and brand building to the table. 

Her experience in fashion led to the creation of a multimillion dollar brand and a collaboration with Warner Bros. via a licensing deal with the DC Comics. After being asked to be a guest host for a panel show covering Project Runway she started her hosting career.  

Never one to turn down an adventure,  at the drop of a hat she moved to Wisconsin to host a morning radio show. She loved the chance to break down barriers and connect with people from all walks of life. Her first year of hosting won her the Wisconsin Broadcasters Association - Morning Show of the Year Award.

As a former athlete and advocate for women’s sports, she now wants to use her business experience to build an organization that will create opportunities for young women athletes to be inspired and understand their own potential. Her mission is to see more women on and off the field: women coaching teams, investing in sports, and leading towards a more equitable future for women.

Stef has a BFA in design and is originally from New York. Make fun of her if you’d like, but she believes the Jets are on their way to the Superbowl.
